This morning at 6am our wonderful friend Josh Dawson passed away. Bonnie said that she was laying with him when he went and that he looked very peaceful. The sadness is overwhelming. He will be missed but never forgotten. Joshes sun has set but his warmth and glow will last forever.
Last night at the Dawson house was by far the hardest. Josh had begun to slip into a coma. There was an extreme amount of love going around which is really whats holding everyone together. We hope Josh is no longer in any pain.

WE ARE HOME

Hello from Bonnie and Josh. We are so happy to be home we are able to be with family and friends which makes all the difference in the world. Our first night home Joe delivered Josh's new guitar to him and they played a couple of tunes, so good to see him doing what he loves to do! His heart rate automatically dropped just from being home, he is ecstatic not to have people poking and prodding all night. We continue to enjoy our friends and family coming see us.  We have hospice care in place and we love her as she tells it like it is and does a great job keeping Josh comfortable, teaching me and leaving us so we can live our life. As always we can not continue this fight without all of our loved ones so please let us know how you are and what is happening in your world. We love ya'll

Josh

Josh has been battling stomach cancer for 3.5 years. Just recently, Josh had some test done that showed the cancer had returned. Our friend Josh has stage 4 cancer. It has spread throughout his major organs.Due to complications, Josh has spent the last couple of weeks in the hospital and now is returning home. We do know that Josh and Bonnie will need all of our help, hugs, love, and prayers. But most of all the opportunity to let Josh know we love him and let him know how he has touched our lives. We also want him to know how much we believe and support him in his day to day battle.
